On this website (aveframe.com)

  • Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This data is sent via Brevo (our email service provider) and delivered to our team inbox.
  • Newsletter / early access sign-up: When you subscribe, we collect your email address. This is stored in Brevo's contact management system for the purpose of sending product updates and announcements.
  • Analytics: We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymised page visit data. It does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or track individuals.
  • Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log technical information such as IP addresses and request timestamps for security and performance.

Across our products

Each AveFrame product handles data differently based on its function. We follow these principles across all products:

  • We collect the minimum data necessary for the product to function
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
  • We do not use third-party advertising networks or trackers
  • Where possible, data stays on your device (e.g. Utiliify works entirely offline)

Our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and email provider (Brevo) may process data on servers located outside South Africa and the EU. Where this occurs, we rely on:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Cloudflare's and Brevo's data processing agreements
  • Appropriate safeguards as required by POPIA Section 72
